Active document

At this stage nothing yet.

However I have a few thoughts about the shape of the final document:

Shelly has done a great job in trying to interpret a hard line vision ... however I believe we should scrap the restrictive cage (as presented) and start from scratch. If you try to control your agents too much - you encounter disenchantment. Give the active agents some professional judgment.

I believe the doccos should:

• Both should be no more than 3 pages each
• Policy docco should be brush-stroke ... let the web master (mistress??) have some (much) autonomy
• Web publishing shouldn't be too distinguishable from print policies
• Coherence is vital - consequently consideration of other policies - ads/endorsment/sponsorship should be considered (I do not have these in electronic form)
• Activity document should be consistent with print versions
• Lets not get too carried away with technology but bring it back to members
